Risk Management for Project Leaders Training   

Risk management is the continuing process to identify, analyze, evaluate, and treat loss exposures and monitor risk control and financial resources to mitigate the adverse effects of loss.

SEACO conducted 2 days risk management training for team leaders as part of the project management handling. The purpose of this training is to ensure that each staff able the to control over the risk management function. Participant has been trained and briefed a few topic in the training such as Plan Risk Management, Identify Risk, Perform Qualitative Risk Analysis, Perform Quantitative Risk Analysis, Plan Risk Response and Risk Control.

Participant being trained by experienced and certified trainer, Ir. Dr. Mui Kai Yin from PMO Asia Sdn. Bhd. Ir. Dr. Mui graduated from the University of Sunderland, UK with an Honours degree in Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering). Thereafter, he continued and completed his postgraduate degree from the University of Warwick, UK with a Master of Science (Advanced Mechanical Engineering). He also holds a Doctor of Philosophy Degree (PhD) in Management from the Atlantic University, USA; with research thesis on Multi-National Corporation Employee Retention – Human Resource Management. He had more than 17 years of experience on managing various projects in the Electronics, Telecommunication, Automotive and Construction industries, and handled more than 50 local and global new product launch projects successfully.
